1. First prepare vermicelli, put it in a steamer, boil the water and steam for 20 minutes. Try to choose fine dried noodles, so that the steamed noodles have the best effect. Longxu Noodles is used.
2. Cut pork belly into silk or slices when steaming noodles. Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, allspice powder, egg liquid (or egg white) and edible oil, stir well, and marinate for 10 minute.

Add salt, allspice powder and soy sauce, and stir well. Then add water, similar to the ingredients, and add a handful of vermicelli. Steamed noodles are very casual, and you can also put mushrooms, mushrooms and chicken breast. Cover and stew.
4. Stir fry to about 70%. Take out part of the soup and mix the noodles later. Break up the steamed dried noodles with chopsticks and put them together with the fried dishes.
5. Pour in the vegetable soup that has just been served and stir it to make the noodles stick to the vegetable soup evenly. If there is a lot of vegetable soup, you don't have to finish it. Put it back in the steamer and steam for another 20 minutes. Finally, pick it up slightly and steam it for 3 minutes, and the noodles will be ready.
