Announcement on the Qualification of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Jieyang City in the second half of 22

In order to do a good job in the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers (including secondary vocational schools and kindergartens) in Guangdong Province in the second half of 22, according to the relevant provisions of the Teachers Law and the Regulations on Teacher Qualification, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Scope of accreditation

(2) Household registration personnel from other provinces and cities who hold a residence permit in Jieyang and are within the validity period;

The above-mentioned personnel meet the requirements of admission before May 31, 216 (the admission time is subject to the admission time on the diploma), and they are full-time normal students in preschool normal schools, full-time normal students in ordinary colleges and universities and full-time masters (PhDs) in education, so they can be directly recognized as teachers corresponding to their majors and study periods. Other personnel applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers need to hold the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers issued by the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education within the validity period. II. Qualification requirements

The person who applies for the qualification of a teacher should meet the qualification requirements stipulated in the Regulations on Teacher Qualification and have not reached the national statutory retirement age.

(1) Ideological and moral conditions

Support the leadership of China's * * * production party, love the socialist motherland, adhere to the party's basic line, have good political and moral qualities, abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by teachers' professional ethics.

(II) Academic qualifications

1. To apply for accreditation as a kindergarten teacher, you must have graduated from a kindergarten normal school or above.

2. To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, you must have graduated from a secondary normal school or above.

3. To apply for the qualification of junior middle school teachers, you must have graduated from teachers' colleges or other universities and above.

4. To apply for the qualification of a senior middle school teacher, you must have a bachelor's degree or above from a normal university or other universities.

5. To apply for the qualification of teachers in secondary vocational schools (including the qualifications of teachers in cultural courses and specialized courses in secondary specialized schools, technical schools and vocational senior middle schools), you must have a bachelor's degree or above from normal universities or other universities.

6. To apply for the qualification of practice instructor in secondary vocational schools (including the qualification of practice instructor in secondary specialized schools, technical schools and vocational high schools), one must have graduated from secondary vocational schools or above, and at the same time, one should have primary and above professional technical positions or a technical grade certificate for workers above the intermediate level.

The above qualifications are all national education serial qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education (including self-study exams, amateur universities, night universities, adult universities < Including full-time > , online school <; Correspondence > Etc.) and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education recognized by relevant state departments and foreign equivalent education.

(III) Physical conditions

Good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases and no history of mental illness, which can meet the needs of education and teaching. According to the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Guangdong Province (revised in 213) (Y.J.H. [213] No.1), the hospitals at or above the county level designated by the teacher qualification accreditation body have passed the physical examination.

(4) Putonghua level

Putonghua level should reach Grade II and above standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade Standard issued by state language commission.

III. Identification Process and Time Schedule

(1) Registration

(II) Registration

After the online registration of primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications in Guangdong Province begins, the applicant will register in? China Teacher Qualification Network? Log in and sign up with my account.

1. Select an accreditation institution

① Applicants can apply for accreditation of primary and secondary school teachers at their domicile, residence (where a local residence permit is required and within the validity period) and the place where they study (only recent graduates and graduate students, including students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

② Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers at their place of residence or where the teacher qualification examination is held.

③ Servicemen and armed police stationed in Guangdong apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers at the military station.

④ The application for teacher qualification in kindergartens, primary schools and junior middle schools shall be determined by the county education administrative department; To apply for the qualification of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and secondary vocational school practice instructors, the county education administrative department shall check and report to the municipal education administrative department for examination and determination.

⑤ Personnel with household registration or residence in the airport area and schools directly under the municipal government apply for the qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers, which are accepted by Rongcheng Education Bureau;

⑥ The Jiedong District Education Bureau will accept the application for the qualification of practice instructor in kindergartens, primary schools, junior middle schools, senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational schools.

2. Online registration (October 9 to October 16, 22)

3. On-site confirmation time (October 19 to October 22, 22)

① The on-site confirmation time for those who apply for the qualifications of senior middle school teachers, secondary vocational school teachers and secondary vocational school internship instructors is October 19 to October 22, 22. Schools directly under the municipal government shall apply for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools and the qualification of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools to be confirmed on the spot by the Personnel Department of the Municipal Education Bureau, and other personnel applying for the qualification of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools and the qualification of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools shall be verified and confirmed on the spot by the accepting and identifying institutions according to the time specified by the Municipal Education Bureau.

② Applicants for kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teacher qualifications shall be confirmed on the spot by the accreditation bodies themselves.

(III) On-site review and submission of materials

After completing online registration, the applicant should bring relevant supporting materials to the accreditation institution of the education administrative department where the household registration is located, where the school is located for on-site confirmation according to the specified time and place. Applicants for on-site audit should bring the following materials:

1. Identification certificate

(1) If mainland residents apply for identification at the place where their household registration is located, they should provide the original ID card and the original proof of their household registration book or collective account;

(2) If a mainland resident applies for recognition at the place of residence, the original ID card and the original residence permit within the validity period shall be provided;

(3) Provide the original ID card and the original student ID card with complete registration information that full-time fresh graduates and graduate students apply for in the place where they study;

(4) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel provide Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents' residence permits or Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the Mainland or the original mainland travel permit for taiwan residents valid for five years;

(5) The servicemen and armed police stationed in Guangdong Province should provide the original ID cards, and the original military officer's or soldier's cards.

2. Proof of academic qualifications

(1) Where is the applicant's academic qualifications? China Teacher Qualification Network? Those who have been verified at the time of registration do not need to provide the original academic certificate. If it cannot be verified, it is necessary to provide the original academic certificate and academic qualification certification materials.

Special note: Applicants whose academic qualifications cannot be verified are advised to have their academic qualifications verified on Xuexin.com (website: /xlrz/rhsq_index.jsp) in advance.

(2) Applicants holding academic degree certificates of institutions of higher learning in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan should provide the original Certificate of Academic Degree of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Only this certificate of academic degree certification is considered valid; Applicants who hold academic degree certificates from foreign institutions of higher learning are required to provide the original Certificate of Foreign Academic Degree issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. 3. Putonghua Level Certificate

Where is the information of the applicant's Putonghua Level Test? China Teacher Qualification Network? Those who have been verified at the time of registration do not need to provide the original Putonghua certificate. If you can't pass the verification, you need to provide the original Putonghua certificate.

Special note: The applicant can't find the results, certificate collection, certificate replacement and other issues on the National Putonghua Training and Testing Information Resource Network (website: http://www.cltt.org/studentscore). Please contact the testing station where you took the Putonghua test for consultation.

4. Physical examination certificate

Those who apply for teacher qualification shall be given a unified physical examination at a local hospital at or above the county level by each accreditation institution according to the principle of territoriality. Schools directly under the municipal government apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, and the qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational practice guidance are unified to Jieyang Ciyun Hospital for physical examination.

5. Proof of no criminal record

(1) Mainland applicants do not need to submit personal proof of no criminal record. The applicant's proof of no criminal record shall be unified by the teacher qualification accreditation institution to the relevant part for verification.

(2) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents need to provide proof of no criminal record when applying for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers. The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the applicant to the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province. The Letter of Proof of No Criminal Record (Annexes 2 and 3) required by the applicants of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and Macao Special Administrative Region to issue the certificate of no criminal record shall be filled in by the applicants and submitted to the on-site confirmation point.
