Ingredients: 1 radish, 2 parsley, 2 shallots, 1 peanut, 1 ginger, 3 garlic, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper oil and Chili oil.
Practice: 1, radish head and tail, washed, peeled and sliced, and then cut into thin strips.
2. Put the radish strips into the pot, add the right amount of salt, grab them evenly by hand, and marinate them with water, which is more crisp and refreshing.
3. Wash the onion and coriander and cut them into small pieces. Cut the ginger and garlic into powder. Put the ginger, minced garlic and onion into a bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper oil and cold water, stir well, and let stand for 10 minute.
4. Pour cold oil into the hot pot, stir-fry peanuts with low fire, turn off the fire after discoloration, and let it cool and become brittle.
5. Wash the pickled radish strips with cold boiled water for several times, squeeze out the excess water, add the parsley section and fry the peanuts.
6. Pour in the prepared juice, then add some Chili oil and stir well.
