7. Add a can of tomatoes, you can use 500g of tomatoes instead.
8. Add an appropriate amount of water to prevent it from drying out, sprinkle with black pepper and salt, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
9. When it is cooked to this level, add a little black pepper, sugar, salt, and a little chili powder.
10. Let the dough ferment at room temperature for 1 and a half hours, double in size, and divide into 3 equal parts. Knead it into a smooth surface and cover with plastic wrap/cloth.
11. Brush the bowl with a layer of olive oil/butter, spread a pile of mozzarella cheese slices, add salami, mushrooms/crayfish/meatballs, and finally add a full layer Bolognese.
12. Put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the mushrooms are cooked.
13. After taking it out, brush it with a layer of olive oil to make the surface more shiny. Turn the bowl over, knock it open from the side with a fork, and remove from the mold.
