Method for making silver carp meatballs
The method of silver carp meatballs is as follows:

Preparation materials: silver carp 500g, corn starch, water, egg white, salt, monosodium glutamate, chives and Jiang Mo.

1. First, kill the fish, remove the bones and leave the fish.

2. Then use a kitchen knife to remove the fish skin and cut it.

3. Wash the fish with clear water and drain.

4. After washing, put it into a cooking machine and paste it, as shown in the figure below.
