Preparation materials: silver carp 500g, corn starch, water, egg white, salt, monosodium glutamate, chives and Jiang Mo.

1. First, kill the fish, remove the bones and leave the fish.

2. Then use a kitchen knife to remove the fish skin and cut it.

3. Wash the fish with clear water and drain.

4. After washing, put it into a cooking machine and paste it, as shown in the figure below.

5. Pour the fish paste into a basin, add a proper amount of minced onion and ginger, starch, water, salt, monosodium glutamate and egg white, and stir well by hand.

6. Stir well and squeeze into balls.

7. Cook the extruded meatballs in a pot.

8. After the fish balls are cooked, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with appropriate chopped green onion and serve.
