Breakfast is simple but punctual. You can mix porridge, steamed bread, wowotou, eggs and side dishes at will.
Eat two vegetarian dishes or a meat dish for lunch, and occasionally eat a vegetarian dish (I don't like lean meat, I like fat meat).
Eat mung bean soup or fruit for dinner without sugar or simple meals, and sometimes eat cakes.
I don't usually go on a diet subconsciously and then exercise. I exercise about three times a week, and then do aerobic exercise or run. Remember to stretch your muscles after running, or your legs will thicken easily. 1 month later, I haven't lost much weight, but my figure is obviously better than before, and I don't like fire as much as before. The pimples on my face have almost disappeared.
