6. Divorce agreement. The agreement shall specify the intention of divorce of both parties, and indicate that if proper arrangements are made for children's upbringing and education, financial assistance, property and debts of one spouse, the contents of the agreement shall be conducive to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of women and minor children.
