1. White radish mutton soup
Step 1: Wash and peel the white radish, add cold water to the pot to avoid mutton, and add radish skin and 5 pieces of ginger and pepper blanched mutton.
Step 2: Skim off the floating foam generated in the process of blanching the mutton with a spoon, cook it for 10 minute, take out the mutton and wash it with clear water.

2. Radish stew rice
Step 1: Soak mushrooms into small pieces in Kamikiri, peel and cut white radishes, chop onions and chop dried radishes for later use.
Step 2: shred the three layers of meat and soak the rice for 2 hours in advance.
Step 3: fry the three layers of meat in the pot to make it golden yellow, and then take out the excess oil.
Step 4: Stir-fry the dried mushrooms, shrimp skin and three layers of meat evenly, then add the diced radish and continue to stir-fry evenly.
Step 5: Stir the soaked rice evenly, and then add oyster sauce, salt and soy sauce.
Step 6: stir fry with a spatula, stir fry evenly, then transfer to a rice cooker, add some water, and press the normal cooking button.
Step 7: Add a proper amount of oil to another pot, and slowly fry the chopped red onion with cold oil until brown.
Step 8: After frying, pour the oil directly into a bowl for later use.
Step 9: Finally, add two spoonfuls of scallion oil to the stewed rice and sprinkle with chopped green onion and dried radish.
