Recipe practice:
1. Beat three eggs and add a little flour and salt to make the egg skin! My egg skin is plain fried, because I don't have a pan.
2. Put the egg skin on the chopping board, roll the meat stuffing, and put some egg liquid on the seal.
3. Steam on a plate for 20 minutes, and then cut into pieces.
