During the period of 193 1 and 1932, Chiang Kai-shek mobilized his troops and launched the third and fourth encirclement and suppression campaigns against the Red Army in Hubei, Henan and Anhui. Chiang Kai-shek commanded Wuchang and Nanchang, and invited Dr. Wang to give him a lecture one day a week. Shortly after Chiang Kai-shek contacted Wang, Chiang Kai-shek was moved by Wang Shijie's extensive knowledge and incisive views on current affairs, so he absorbed Wang Shijie as his consulting brain. In May, Wang was appointed as a deputy to the National People's Congress. Wang Shijie began to go in and out of the official residence to serve Chiang Kai-shek. Many of his political views were valued and accepted by Chiang Kai-shek and appreciated by Chiang Kai-shek, which laid the foundation for the success of Wang Shijie's future career.

1933 In April, Wang Shijie became Minister of Education of the National Government. Since then, Wang Shijie has entered the most glorious period in his life.
