Ingredients: 6 duck feet, 50g peanuts.
Accessories: appropriate amount of oil, salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, 5 pieces of ginger, 3 pieces of garlic, and 0/.5 pieces of fermented bean curd.
Practice steps:
1. Scald the duck's paw with boiling water and wash it.
2. Peanuts should be soaked in advance
3, hot pot oil, ginger and garlic, duck feet stir fry.
4. Add salt, soy sauce, sugar, fermented bean curd and water and mix well.
5. Add peanuts, mix well, cover the pot and stew for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway to avoid sticking to the pot.
6. After collecting the juice, make it into a thin paste with raw flour, add oyster sauce and mix well to serve.
