The method of Hu's Laba porridge
250g of yellow glutinous rice, 250g of white glutinous rice, 350g of red beans, red dates 10 and 30 raisins.

Cooking steps

Soak red beans in warm water for 3 hours.

Step 2/8

Soak white glutinous rice and yellow glutinous rice in warm water for 3 hours.

Step 3/8

Wash the red dates and remove the core.

Step 4/8

Wash raisins for later use.

Step 5/8

Boil the soaked red beans for about half an hour until they bloom and bite soft! Take it out and leave the soup for cooking!

Step 6/8

Continue to cook white glutinous rice and yellow glutinous rice with the water that just boiled red beans. The amount of water is one more joint than rice! Until it's sticky

Step 7/8

After the rice is cooked, add red beans, red dates and raisins, continue to cook, simmer with a small fire and stir with a spoon!
