Because I love eating, I learn from my teacher. Learned to cook this dish. Below, by the way, share its practice.
Ingredients: chicken 672 or so.
Accessories: one or two peanuts, chicken soup, egg white, a little sugar.
Seasoning: red soy sauce, white soy sauce, dried red pepper, a little balsamic vinegar, ten prickly ash, onion, ginger, garlic, monosodium glutamate, salt, water bean powder, cooking wine and peanut oil.
Exercise and Steps:
First, wash and drain the chicken, chop it into five dices, mix well with bean powder, salt and egg white, cut the onion into small pieces, then peel and slice the ginger and garlic, and cut the dried pepper into knots.
2. Soak peanuts in warm water and peel them for later use.
3. Wash the wok, dry it, drain the oil, pour in peeled peanuts, and fry in the wok until crisp.
Fourth, use red and white soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and monosodium glutamate, add a little chicken soup and water bean powder, and mix with onion, ginger and garlic to make juice.
5. Put the wok on a strong fire, heat the oil, first add dried peppers and prickly ash until brown, then pour the diced chicken into the wok and stir fry. When the diced chicken is almost cooked, pour in the juice and stir well. When the pan is about to come out, add a little vinegar and stir well, then add peanuts, shake the wok two or three times, and then scoop it into the dish.
It tastes spicy and delicious, super delicious.
