If you don't want to go to Yida, I recommend Aierfang. Personally, I think Aierfang is the best kindergarten in Dalian. This is a joint venture kindergarten. There is a municipal government, a software park and Vanke. It is said that Haiyun will open another one.

Elfang is really good. If it had been a few years ago, I would have recommended Children's Day Kindergarten. But I heard that June 1st has gone downhill in the past two years.
