1. Open the MicrosoftWord software.
2. Open the document to be replaced.
3. click the "edit" menu.
4. select "replace" under the "edit" menu, or use the shortcut key "Ctrl+H".
5. in the pop-up "find and replace" dialog box, enter the text to be found and replaced.
6. Enter the new text content after replacement.
7. Click the "Replace All" button to replace all the qualified texts in the document, or click the "Replace" button to replace them one by one.
8. After the replacement is completed, just close the Find and Replace dialog box.
