Ingredients: tremella, red dates, lotus seeds and medlar.
Operating steps:
1. Soak the lotus seeds one night in advance and remove the lotus plumule inside.
2. Remove impurities from tremella, soak for half an hour, and tear into small flowers for later use.
3. Wash the red dates and remove the jujube stones inside.
4. Put the above materials together in a saucepan, add cold water and stew for 2 hours until the soup becomes sticky.
5. After turning off the fire and cooling, sprinkle with medlar and put it in a bowl.
