1. Pick tender mulberry leaves, wash them and prepare garlic cloves for later use.
2. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the washed mulberry leaves and blanch for about 3 minutes.
Note: blanching time should not be too long, which will destroy chlorophyll and vitamins.
3. After the time is up, pick up the mulberry leaves and put them in cold water.
