You can cut carrots into very small dices and fry them with rice together with cucumbers and eggs. It can be cut into minced carrots and cabbage, fried tofu, vermicelli, or stuffed into dumplings, steamed buns, and boxes. They are all very delicious.
You can grate the carrots into shreds, mix them with eggs, flour or make a paste and spread them on pancakes to eat!
