1. In a large bowl, mix buttermilk and hot sauce. Try the chicken in a bowl. Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight for better taste.
2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
3. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, flour, corn flour, sugar, garlic salt, salt, pepper, Chili powder and red pepper powder together. Wrap the chicken completely.
4. Heat the olive oil with medium heat, then add the chicken and fry for 5-7 minutes on each side until the chicken turns slightly yellow.
