How to make almond tofu (fancy)?

Hydrate Chinese cabbage powder with 100g for later use. (Gelatine powder can also be used, and the total ratio of powder to liquid needs to be readjusted. )

Prepare a milk pot (a clean pot is enough), add 400g of water and milk, boil over low heat until it doesn't boil, remove from the fire, pour in watercress powder water, stir constantly while pouring, then pour in condensed milk and sugar, and pour in almonds (a mixture of almond powder and almond dew) after boiling.

After the liquid is finished, filter it, pour it into your modeling mold (I use a cake silicone mold, as shown in the picture), cool it and put it in the refrigerator.

Generally, it will cool after an hour, and the movements are very gentle, so it can be well served on a plate.

(1) The watercress powder I use is made in Taiwan Province and can also be bought on Taobao. I often use gelatin tablets or gelatin powder, and also use agar. The hardness and taste of the finished product are different with different proportions. Usually, douban powder tastes crisp and Geely powder is soft and tender.
