Preparation steps
1. Stir-fry the garlic, peel off the outer layer, cut it into small pieces, wash the tomatoes and slice them for later use.
2. Heat the oil pan, add an appropriate amount of lard to heat, then add two tablespoons of garlic and bean paste and fry until the aroma is released.
