Xi an imitates the Tang banquet. Tang Palace cuisine is the main dish, 12 dish, plus peacock platter and four kinds of brightly colored cakes. The main raw materials are soft-shelled turtle, eel, crab, quail and tremella. Among them, "Shiyuan Soup" is a famous dish handed down to Li Bai by Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty. It is made of ten kinds of delicacies such as tremella, mushrooms, shrimp, chicken, sheep and quail juice. The name of this banquet comes from Li Bai's allusion to poetry.
