Accessories: fresh soy sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 0.5 spoon, sugar 1 spoon, salt 2 spoon, monosodium glutamate 0.2 spoon.
1. Buy fresh ribs in the supermarket and clean them with water.
2. Boil the water in the pot and blanch the ribs.
