After washing the duck breast, marinate it with salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, onion and black pepper for more than 3 hours.

Wash carrots, slice ginger, add oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper juice, salt and water and mix well in a small bowl for later use.

Heat the pan and add oil. Stir-fry the ginger and onion first, then add the duck and stir-fry.

Add carrots and continue frying until the duck is golden on both sides.
