Baked chicken leg with salt
Ingredients: chicken leg, ginger, onion, salted chicken powder, sesame oil.
1. Wash the chicken legs and control the moisture. Rub the chicken leg with sesame oil first, and then evenly rub the whole chicken leg with salted chicken powder for one hour.
2. Slice the ginger, cut the onion, and mince it for later use.
3. Pour the sesame oil into the electric pressure cooker, add the ginger slices and onion segments, without adding water, and a small amount of water will come out from the chicken legs.
4. Add the delicious chicken legs, cover them, plug in the power supply, and keep the pressure for 10 minute.
5. Turn off the electricity, open the lid (be careful not to burn it), turn the chicken over with chopsticks, cover it, plug in the power supply, and hold the pressure for 10 minute.
6. Turn off the power and then open the lid. If you like to eat some burnt skin, you can plug it in again, fry it for a while without covering the pot, and sprinkle with onions.
