Chen Jiru's 14 prose was included in the "Essence of Famous Prose in Ming and Qing Dynasties". Chen Jiru (1558- 1639), a native of Huating, Songjiang, was young and smart, and later became a student. He is good at painting, calligraphy and poetry, and studied under Su Mi. His paintings are as famous as Dong Qichang's, and his poems are highly praised by Wang Shizhen. He is an informal person. At the age of 28, he burned the Confucian crown, built a thatched cottage in the sunshine of Xiaokun Mountain, and then moved to Dongshe Mountain, where he made friends and lingered in the clouds, tasting wine, writing poems, drinking tea and realizing Tao. He lived to be 82 years old. There are Yun Shan Juan, Plum Blossom Book and Small Window You Ji handed down from ancient times.

Mei doesn't drink much when she is fair. Even if she drinks a banana leaf, she is quite familiar with the taste of wine. "He is so drunk that he can't get away from it. Unless he is drunk, he is like an ignorant baby" (preface). He calls himself a "tea star" and has his unique feeling in the comparison between tea and wine. "Hot intestines, such as boiling, tea beat wine. Rhyme is like a cloud, wine is outside tea. Wine taster, tea taster. Wine is solid and wide, and tea is also virtuous "("Introduction ").

Mei travels widely by bus and is bohemian. He gets along well with the old man who lives in Taohua. "I don't know my last name, so I changed from stained glass to a glutton. Climb the peach branches again and sit among the flowers ","The old man takes the flower dynasty as his birthday, and gives it to him after drinking "until the sunset ends happily (Wandering Peach Blossom). Mi is a humble scholar, and his poem title is not obvious. He regards himself as a bosom friend and worships his mother, calling her "poetic temperament" (Kampuchea Mi Huazi); Wang Xianzhong is also unknown. When they met on Tanabata, they were encouraged by "indisputable", "not jealous" and "not old" and smiled at each other (with Wang Xianzhong). Zhang Yizhong tried to persuade him to walk out of the mountain. Instead, he seduced him with country life. "Close to the broom temple, grow good food and bamboo, and look at Hanshan after the porch, such as elbow. Besides, he drinks ice to pay for his money, and many cities and villages brew glutinous rice. From the yellow fat purple Zhuang, chewing and reciting good poems is quite extravagant, and inviting them to "* * * enjoy the happiness of black, sweet and white drunkenness" ("Answer the horse").

Mei Gong knows the world and is used to the autumn moon and spring breeze. There are a series of metaphors in Quiet Things in the Rock, such as "wine makes people far away, stone makes people handsome, piano makes people quiet, tea makes people cool, bamboo makes people cold, the moon makes people lonely, chess makes people idle, water makes people empty, and snow makes people open". All the clear words and sentences are made by predecessors. "Xingqing Palace" has only forty-two words, and only a few dots are printed on it, such as Long Gaoran, Cooper Shouteng, Chenxiang Temple and Plastic Surgery Building, and then the history is written. A thief in Mangshan chewed off the breast milk head before his execution and warned future generations to "teach the baby" with the lesson of blood. Qian was a famous writer in the Northern Song Dynasty, who loved elegance and respected literati. Under his curtain, Shiyan Ouyang Xiu and Xie Qiang wanderer went home for a day, climbing stairs to see the snow, each thinking. "Suddenly, horses and chariots cross the water in the Yilan", that is, he preached a song to order the kitchen to stay less and enjoy the snow, which is his lofty love (Qian Wen Nuo Zun Shi).
