Breakfast is the first of three meals. It plays a role in starting the day's energy. Breakfast must be eaten and eaten well. My family always eats breakfast at home. Fried dumplings

Wontons
Speaking of wontons, they are one of the common breakfast items in breakfast restaurants, and they are also a very unique Chinese delicacy. The thin dough wraps the meat filling, which is nutritious and delicious. Especially on a cold morning, drinking a bowl of steaming wontons is really heart-warming and stomach-warming. The wontons I made today were stuffed with pork and fennel, so I put more fennel in them. Put more vegetables and less meat, the skin is thin and the filling is big, it will warm your body and stomach during the winter. The child said that the wontons made by his mother were better than those at the breakfast shop.
Cold baby vegetables
My family must have cold vegetables for breakfast, and many seasonal vegetables can be used as cold vegetables. It not only saves time and effort, but also retains the nutrition of vegetables to the greatest extent. Today I made cold baby cabbage. The baby cabbage has a crisp and refreshing texture and is very suitable for cold salad. Cut the baby cabbage into thin strips, add light soy sauce, salt, sesame oil, vinegar, and sugar and mix well.
Sauced Beef and Sauced Pork Liver
I made both of these myself. Cutting a few slices into them for breakfast is a very good choice. It’s cold in winter, so it’s a good time to eat some soy meat. The sauced meat has a rich flavor and goes well with rice. The aroma fills the kitchen while the sauce is being cooked. It is steaming, smoky and a little warm. No need to buy finished products, you can make them at home. I recently cooked a pot of pork liver for my family. It was neither hard nor fishy. It was simple to make but tasted better than the ones I bought.
