Accessories: a spoonful of Chili powder, a spoonful of sugar, 20g of maltose and a piece of ginger.
Exercise:
1. Whole chicken, washed, drained, shredded ginger, and mixed with all other seasonings to make sauce.
2. Stick a number of small holes on the surface of the chicken with a toothpick, spread the sauce evenly inside and outside the chicken, cover it with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
3. Take out the whole salted chicken, put it on with a barbecue fork, and brush the remaining sauce evenly on the chicken surface.
4. Preheat the oven, fire up and down 200 degrees, and start the hot air circulation. After preheating, put the whole chicken into the oven with a fork handle, turn on the fork function and bake for 20 minutes.
