Accessories: shallots, salt, vinegar, soy sauce, chicken essence and sesame oil.

The first step is to clean the fresh bass bought from the supermarket.
Step 2: Mix the soup, add a little salt, vinegar, soy sauce and chicken essence into a small bowl and stir well.
Step 3: Wash the shallots and cut them into small pieces.
Step 4: Put the perch into the fish dish, pour the soup, sprinkle with onion (which can remove the fishy smell), and then pour a few drops of sesame oil.
Step 5, put the whole plate of fish into a steamer with water, and start steaming with high fire. The water in the pot is tumbling.
Step 6: After steaming for about ten minutes, take out the pot. Then you can eat it.
