At first, everyone bought a little, but later, more people bought it, and the daily output of 50 kilograms still could not meet the requirements. Another third-class building is adjacent to the ancestral temple, with many tourists, and its name soon spread all over the province, so its products are sold to Nanhai, Guangzhou, Macau, Hong Kong, Singapore and other places. Later, Liang Zhuhou opened his own snack bar and also engaged in sauces. What's this sauce called? People gave it a name, called Zhu Hou sauce. In the future, Liang Zhuhou made sauces with more care, and chose the best soybeans with salt, sugar, sesame and soy sauce. It tastes more fragrant and delicious than before. After Liang Zhuhou died of old age, people inherited his sauce-making method and popularized it. Bamboo paste has become a specialty of Foshan and sold all over the country.
After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Zhu Hou sauce was produced by a soy sauce factory. 1956 produced 64 tons, of which 400 kilograms were sold to Hong Kong and Macao. 1967, the soy sauce factory was renamed Zhujiang soy sauce factory.
