Lianjiang specialty 1: Lianjiang abalone
Lianjiang County is located in the eastern coast of Fujian Province, with a tropical climate in Central Asia and a mild climate. The coastline of the county is 238km long and the sea area is 3 1 12k m2. The winding coastline, numerous harbors and islands, flat and open offshore terrain and gentle tidal current have created unique conditions for fishery production, especially for abalone breeding in Lianjiang, so Lianjiang is also known as the "hometown of abalone in China".
Lianjiang specialty 2: Fuzhou jasmine tea
Fuzhou jasmine tea is a specialty of Lianjiang in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. Fuzhou is the birthplace of jasmine tea, which has a history of nearly a thousand years. Fuzhou jasmine tea is a reprocessed tea made by mixing dried tea leaves with jasmine flowers in bud. Usually green tea is used as tea base, and a few are black tea and oolong tea. Its fragrance is fresh and lasting, its taste is mellow and refreshing, its soup is bright yellow-green, and its leaves are tender and soft.
Lianjiang specialty 3: Mazu Su
Mazu Crisp is a popular dessert in eastern Fujian. Knead first, cut into small pieces and fry. After cooling, mix with malt syrup evenly and compact, and then cut into small pieces. It is delicious with tea or coffee. Mazu Crisp was first made by two traditional old shops, Tianmeixuan and Baolixuan.
