Usage Slaughter the tortoise, cut it into pieces and wash it. The electric shell can be used as a whole. Add onion, ginger, salt, monosodium glutamate and other seasonings, and steam in a basin.

Turtle porridge
General characteristics
Nourishing yin and blood, tonifying kidney and strengthening bones
Basic materials
1 live turtle, 150g glutinous rice, 1000mg stock, a little salt, onion, ginger, cooking wine, monosodium glutamate and pepper.
Method: firstly, clean the tortoise, cut it into small pieces, blanch it in boiling water, then take it out in cold water, scrape off the skin, rinse it, put it in a basin, add cooking wine, onion, ginger and refined salt, steam it in a cage with high fire, remove the onion, ginger and tortoise bones, and leave meat and soup. Then the backwashed glutinous rice is added to the broth, heated and boiled, and then boiled with low fire. When the porridge is almost ready, add monosodium glutamate and pepper and cook it a little.
Efficacy: nourishing yin and blood, tonifying kidney and strengthening bones.
Usage: Take 1-2 times a day.

Braised Turtle in Brown Sauce
Ingredients: turtle 1 (250 ~ 500g), vegetable oil 60g, yellow wine 20g, ginger, onion, pepper, rock sugar and soy sauce.
Features: nourishing yin and enriching blood. It is suitable for patients with yin deficiency or blood deficiency, low fever, hemoptysis and hematochezia.
Operation: 1. Put the turtle in a pot, heat water (about 40℃) to make it excrete urine, then chop off the head and feet, cut open, remove the shell and internal organs, wash, and cut the nail fish into pieces.
2. Add vegetable oil to the pot, heat it, add the nail fish, stir fry repeatedly, add ginger, onion, pepper, rock sugar and other seasonings, cook with soy sauce and yellow wine, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer with slow fire until the nail fish is rotten.
