Calcium propionate is a safe and reliable food and feed mildew inhibitor approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). Like other fats, calcium propionate can be absorbed by people and animals through metabolism, and it can provide necessary calcium for people and animals.
