Song Huizong Evonne is the king of Duanzhou, and Duanzhou is his fief. In order to tell the time, Gulilou once displayed timers such as copper pot dripping water, gan ning copper bell and big rattan drum. The yamen behind the building is the administrative office of Guduanzhou, where Bao Zheng, a famous minister in the Song Dynasty, served for three years, with outstanding achievements and is famous for his incorruptibility. At present, there is still a plaque of "ancient county" and a couplet "Xing Yanlang shines on mountains and seas, Yanzhu breezes broadcast ancient and modern times" hanging on the arch of the abutment of Lijielou.
