Fish sauce making
Wash the washed fish, make it into a velvet shape, add a proper amount of onion and ginger juice, a little salt and monosodium glutamate and stir, then add eggs and starch and mix well for later use.
Cooking method
Take a clean wok, add a proper amount of water, knead minced fish into balls by hand, and put them in the wok. When it is all finished, put the wok on the stove, burn the fish balls until they are mature, and take them out for later use.
