Composition:
Flammulina velutipes, cucumber, coriander, minced garlic and chopped green onion Chili oil
Exercise:
1. Cut off the root of Flammulina velutipes, wash it and tear it off.
2. Then cook the Flammulina velutipes and let it cool.
3. Squeeze out the water of Flammulina velutipes and add shredded cucumber, minced garlic, onion and coriander.
4. Then add some soy sauce, vinegar and oil to eat.
Stir pepper oil and two packets of oil pepper evenly.
