Wash pig's trotters first, chop them into small pieces, soak them for two hours, and change water to remove blood halfway.
Secondly, put cold water into the pot. After the water is boiled, the pig's trotters change color and are slightly boiled, as shown below.
Third, clean up the hot water and drain it for later use, as shown in the figure below.
4. Put it in a saucepan, add appropriate amount of water, add yellow wine and ginger slices, as shown below.
5. Then cover it. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and stew for about an hour, as shown below.
6. Then stew until the pig's feet are soft and rotten, the soup turns white and seasoned with salt, as shown below.
Seven, carrot peeled and cut into small pieces. Pick a small black fungus flower that has been soaked in wool, as shown below.
Eight, carrots and black fungus into the pot and continue to stew until the carrots are soft and rotten.
9. Add shallots before turning off the fire, so that the stewed pig's foot soup is finished.
