Exercise:
Braised pineapple meat (chicken breast version)
Ingredients: chicken breast, pineapple and red pepper.
Pickling seasoning: yellow wine/cooking wine, white pepper, salt.
Batter: eggs, starch, salt, water.
Seasoning: tomato sauce, sugar.
1. Cut chicken breast, add marinade, stir well and marinate for a while.
2. Cut the pineapple and the red pepper.
3. Add eggs, starch and water into the chicken nuggets and stir well.
! ! ! The thin consistency of the batter is best hung on the meat.
4. Pour wide oil into the pot, heat it, add chicken pieces and fry until golden brown, and remove the oil control.
5. Pour oil into the pot, add tomato sauce and appropriate amount of sugar, and stir well.

Stir-fried beans with minced meat
Ingredients: pork stuffing and beans
Seasoning: bean paste (optional) minced garlic, chopped green onion, soy sauce, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence.
1. Boning, blanching, supercooling and cutting beans.
