Ingredients preparation: edamame, minced meat, ginger and garlic, millet and spicy.
Cooking steps
1. Shell the beans, put a teaspoon of salt in the pot, boil the edamame kernels and blanch them for one minute (if you like the edamame softer, the blanching time can be appropriately extended for one or two minutes).
2. Put the oil in the pot and pour the ginger, garlic and millet into the oil.
3. Stir-fry the ingredients, pour in the meat foam and stir-fry until the color changes.
4. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, half a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of chicken essence and salt, and finally stir fry for a minute or two on medium heat.
