Ma Shui Ju is a traditional famous fruit in Yang Chun, Guangdong Province. Mashuiju, named after it was produced in Mashuizhen, Yangchun. According to historical records, Mashui Orange, also known as Yangchun Sweet Orange, originated in Tangyan Village, Mashui Town, Yang Chun City. This place is a cascade on the banks of the Yang Mo River. The semi-sandy soil layer is several meters deep, and the soil plastid is fine, soft and fertile, which is very suitable for the growth of citrus reticulata. It was planted here in the late Ming Dynasty and has a history of more than 300 years. Guigang is located in the Xishan mountain area of Yang Chun, where most farmers live. When a big pig family can't eat it, they turn to suckling pigs (piglets) and find that they taste tender, smoother, more fragrant and less greasy. Since then, "Piggy" has become famous in Xishan, almost as beautiful as today's Manchu-Chinese banquet, all more than 30 years ago.
