Pearl grouper soup
Ingredients: pearl grouper 1, tofu 1, a bag of Flammulina velutipes, ginger 10 ~ 15, chopped green onion, salt, monosodium glutamate, one tablespoon of rice wine and one tablespoon of sesame oil.
Exercise:
1, slice ginger and cut tofu into small pieces;
2. After the water boils, turn to low heat and add tofu and ginger slices;
3. After cooking for another 5 minutes, you can add grouper and rice wine;
4. Put the fish in the pot. Boil the water again for about 5 ~ 10 minutes, then add Flammulina velutipes and chopped green onion, season with salt and monosodium glutamate before taking out, and then add sesame oil.

Fish soup with bean curd and green spots
Ingredients: a herring, a piece of tofu, a garlic, 10 slices of three-layer meat, 8 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic and half a tomato.
Exercise:
1. Cut garlic, ginger, tomato, meat into three layers, cut tofu, and boil a pot of boiling water for later use;
2. Wash the fish, drain the water, take the oil pan for 7 years, fry the fish (the heat is from medium to high), then pour boiling water to boil, and add ginger slices, garlic slices, tofu and three layers of meat to cook 10 minute;
3. When the soup turns white and thick, add tomatoes and garlic cloves, cook for 5-6 minutes, turn off the fire and put them in a bowl.
