Production steps:
1. Cut duck head steamed stuffed bun, vacuum package and thaw for later use.
Step 2 shred ginger slices
Step 3 slice garlic
4. Put the hot pot into the duck head and stir fry slowly.
5. Stir-fry until the skinned side is brown, then add shredded ginger and shredded garlic and stir-fry.
6. Join the hot pot package inside.
7. Add pepper and sesame seeds.
8. Add 1 tbsp sugar, stir well and take out the pot.
