Click the Apply for Reservation button to send a reservation application to the landlord on the selected specific travel date. The landlord can choose to accept or reject the reservation application, or ask questions about your trip. When the landlord replies to your application, we will inform you by email. If the landlord doesn't reply within 24 hours, your reservation application will expire.

Clicking the Instant Booking button will allow your reservation to be confirmed immediately, and will also close the landlord's calendar to avoid receiving other booking applications. We will send you a receipt and itinerary details by email. Your landlord may also follow up with you.

By using the Contact Landlord button, you can start a dialogue with the landlord through our secure messaging system and discuss his housing and rental style. You can use our message system to discuss the details of your trip and ask the landlord for special prices or specific facilities.

Payment and confirmation

Whether you use the "Apply for Reservation" button or the "Instant Reservation" button, we will ask you to provide payment information so that we can keep your reservation.

If you use the Apply for Reservation button to send a reservation application, the landlord will have 24 hours to reply. We won't deduct money from your payment method until the landlord accepts your reservation application. Once the landlord accepts your reservation application, we will process your payment and send you a congratulatory e-mail, including your receipt, itinerary details and wish you a pleasant journey. If you don't receive a reply within 24 hours, your reservation application will automatically expire.

If you click the instant booking button, your reservation will be confirmed immediately and we will process your payment immediately.
