There used to be two Western-style buildings here, and four people have a consensus, hoping to transform them into a Chinese-style, modern and fashionable space.

Everyone safely handed over the building of the house to Zhang Xiaoxiao.

Zhang Xiaoxiao said: "When I see this site, I want to make a garden, but I must remove the symbol system of traditional gardens, such as shape and ornamentation, so that the architectural space can blend quietly with Xixi Wetland."

The visit stream covers an area of 3000 square meters and is divided into four parts. The largest main building is the dining room, and the persimmon room is an independent tea room, outdoor banquet hall and large lawn.

There are many local trees around the building. Zhang Xiaoxiao believes that the beauty of Xixi lies in the "wild", and the trees are in a state of natural growth, so they should be designed along the lines of these branches.

The ground entering the entrance is paved with pebbles, and the switch of the gate is hidden by a stone wall engraved with the word "You Xi". The name was named by Wang Xizhi, and it originated from the story that Wang Xizhi's son visited Dai on a snowy night.

Once, Wang Huizhi remembered his friend Dai Kui, so he went to visit him overnight by boat. Unexpectedly, when I arrived at Dai Kui's door, he went back without taking the door, just because "I came back in full swing on a whim. Why should I see Dai? " .

It shows that he has enjoyed the process of finding friends, and it doesn't matter whether he has seen it or not. Zhang Xiaoxiao hopes all the guests who come to visit the stream will have a good time.

This hall used to be the connecting space between two old buildings. As soon as you enter the door, you can see the panoramic view of the pond behind you, but it is too thin and straightforward and lacks hierarchy.

Therefore, Zhang Xiaoxiao deliberately created a story for the entrance, and did not directly enter the room. Instead, a golden screen was made, which entered from the side, forming a circular moving line indoors and transitioning to the next space.

The metal spiral staircase is the most popular "perforated landmark" in the space, and the light at the top is illuminated by the light designed by lighting artist Cai Liechao.

The persimmon room has an independent entrance and exit, and the design is relatively introverted. Zhang Xiaoxiao hopes that the guests who come here will have a sense of intimacy when acquaintances visit friends.

The wall is also painted black, and the gray wall built outside the floor-to-ceiling window creates a small scene, which makes the space gather gas and people sitting in the tea room can pay more attention to each other.

Open up a large space, one is dedicated to drinking tea and the other can drink and listen to music. More often, there are no boundaries between tea, wine and music.

Li Jilai is responsible for indoor soft decoration, from tables and chairs and furniture to record players and tea sets. They are carefully selected and moved from their own homes, especially books. Mr. Wang and Li Jilai almost got half.

In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, the small-bottomed lard cup was a favorite object of the four friends. Wang Bin said, "These five cups are Dehua porcelain, probably dating back to the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, about 400 years old.

It should be the best white porcelain cup in China. Now there is no porcelain clay, so it's hard to see such a good object. This kind of white is also called ivory white, and foreigners are also called China white. Beautiful shape and good glaze color, which is one of our favorite objects. "

The pot that Long Wen gave to the persimmon room and customized for it is the most meaningful thing for four people.

But watching Li Jilai match furniture and utensils bit by bit, creating a space atmosphere, and finally making the persimmon room present a comfortable feeling that can make people "stay", Zhang Xiaoxiao lamented that this is the thinking difference between a designer and a living family in space layout, which is worth learning from each other.

After the space is completed, four people often meet here, making tea in the afternoon, drinking at night, reading books and listening to music occasionally. Wang said that this place is like his own living room, and he will sing a play when he is in high spirits.

Although the four people have different occupations, their views on aesthetics and taste are the same, so no matter who brings anything good to play or share today, there will be no contradiction with space.

16 restaurant, every room is a work of art, and all good friends are open to play.

There are 16 restaurants in Youliu, and each restaurant is independent. Their relationship with corridors is like restaurants and streets. Zhang Xiaoxiao deliberately painted the walls black to highlight the metal doorplates at the entrance of each restaurant.

16 room, each room has a different name and style. Halfway through the design, four friends felt that if every restaurant was made exactly the same, they would lose interest, so they simply asked for a room and invited artists and friends to participate in the layout.

Wang Bin is from Shandong. His private room is closest to the water, and the terrace faces Xixi wetland. He named this room "Penglai", which is a place name in Shandong.

Hanging indoors are the works of young painter Shang and the words "Visit the Stream" inscribed by Jingci Temple abbot Jie Qing. On the coffee table are hidden utensils, cups and candlesticks that he moved from home.

Li Jilai usually likes to collect cultural relics, so there are plenty of rooms.

The calligraphy works of Professor Chen Dazhong from China Academy of Fine Arts and the paintings of Runsong, a young painter from Zhejiang University, are hung on the wall, and even his own collection is hung in the bathroom attached to the restaurant. Because I like drinking tea, compared with other restaurants, the tea set and arrangement here are more particular.

Zhang Xiaoxiao decorated the room, and friends joked that they knew it was an architect's room as soon as they entered. There are many architectural models in it, as well as his understanding of artifacts.

Wang Bin also invited Sanfeng, a friend who is good at outdoor camping design, to decorate the room.

Wang Han has been collecting calligraphy and painting for twenty years and purple sand for nearly ten years. He is also interested in tea props and ancient art, and he can write it himself. In the persimmon room, he wrote a small piece.

Persimmon room, four people and Wang Han, Long Wen, drink tea together, talk about utensils, and talk about life. On the same day, Zheng Li also wrote a menu, wrote down what everyone wanted to eat, and stamped it to make an appointment to eat the dishes on this menu next time.

Although Wang Bin and his friends have never opened a restaurant, they both love food. "We think the taste of food is 30% in the hands of the chef and 70% depends on the origin of the ingredients."

The common requirement of the four people is that things that are out of season can't be served, and they should go to the producing area to buy ingredients, such as mutton in Inner Mongolia, peppers in Hunan, vermicelli in Yimeng Mountain, Chinese cabbage in Jiaozhou, Shandong, and yellow croaker in Wenzhou.
