First, stir-fry lentils with vegetables:
Ingredients: lentils, millet pepper, ginger and garlic slices, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and chicken essence.
Exercise:
1. Dice the millet pepper, wash and shred the long lentils, add a few drops of oil and a little salt to the pot, pour the water into the lentils, blanch for 2-3 minutes and take them out.
2. Stir-fry ginger, garlic and millet pepper with hot oil in the pot, and pour in lentils and stir-fry until it is broken. Stir-fry a spoonful of soy sauce, a spoonful of salt and a little salt chicken essence.
Second, scrambled eggs with green peppers:
Ingredients: four eggs, 3-4 green peppers, bean paste, soy sauce and starch.
Exercise:
1, mix a sauce: one scoop of soy sauce, one scoop of oyster sauce, one scoop of bean paste, half a scoop of starch and three scoops of water.
2. Cut the green pepper into sections, stir-fry the eggs until they turn yellow, put a little oil in the pot, add the green pepper and stir-fry until it looks like tiger skin, pour in the eggs and stir-fry evenly, and pour in the sauce and stir-fry until it becomes thick.
