The Hui people in Nanchong mainly lived in Langzhong, and mainly went south with the Yuan Army at the end of the Song Dynasty. After the yuan dynasty, I never returned to the north. The only Hui autonomous township in Nanchong is Langzhong. There are not many Muslim restaurants, the big ones have passed, and the small ones still exist. Devout Muslims can no longer speak, but Muslim habits are still well preserved. The steamed buns in Langzhong are typical Hui food.
