Hekou cuisine includes Vietnamese rolls, Hekou roast pork, beef powder, grilled squid, Vietnamese enema, Hekou konjac tofu and so on.

1, Vietnamese rolls: Vietnamese rolls, preferably made of rice from Hekou and Vietnam, are white, tender, transparent and lubricated.
