Fried beef with onion
Ingredients: fat beef, onion, green pepper, red pepper, broth, steamed fish sauce, soy sauce, freshly ground pepper, sweet potato starch;

1. Cut onions; Shred green pepper; Shred red pepper;
2. Half a bowl of soup, add three tablespoons of steamed fish sauce, half a tablespoon of soy sauce and half a tablespoon of oyster sauce, grind a proper amount of pepper and a small amount of sweet potato starch, and stir well for later use; Sit in the pot, boil the water and put the beef; Spread out with chopsticks and turn off the fire.

5. Marinate the sliced Pleurotus eryngii in the sauce 15 minutes.

Spicy pork slices
