1, open excel.
Open the excel table, select the cell in the table to which you want to add the drop-down menu, and then click the data on the menu bar at the top of the window.
2. Click Settings.
Click the data and a drop-down menu will appear. Click Validity in the drop-down menu, and then click Settings in the Validity window.
Step 3 Enter the content
Click Settings, click the drop-down arrow to the right of the Allow column to select a sequence, and enter the contents of the drop-down menu in the Source column.
4. Set the drop-down menu
Enter the source, click OK, and the drop-down menu is added successfully. Click the drop-down arrow to view the contents on the menu.
