Steps
1. Soak the glutinous rice one night in advance and dry it out the next day.
2. Cut bacon and sausage into thin slices and set aside.
3. Soak the mushrooms until soft and then cut into cubes, soak the dried shrimps and set aside.
4. Bite the peanuts in the microwave and set aside.
5. Heat the oil in the pan, add the sausage and stir-fry over medium heat for a while.
6. Add bacon and stir-fry.
7. Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry together, add a little light soy sauce and sugar.
8. Finally, add the dried shrimps and stir-fry evenly and set aside.
9. Pour a little olive oil into the pot and stir-fry the soaked glutinous rice over high heat.
10. Stir-fry until dry and a little sticky to the pan. Add a little juice made with light soy sauce, sugar and chicken essence. (You need to repeat this several times depending on the amount of glutinous rice)
11. Stir-fry until the glutinous rice is cooked and there is no need to sprinkle more water. Pour in all the bacon and other ingredients that you just fried and stir-fry together.
12. After stir-frying evenly, add the diced mustard.
13. Add peanuts and stir-fry.
14. Stir fry evenly and sprinkle with some chopped green onion.
Tips
Be sure to soak the fried glutinous rice one night in advance until soft.
